n Water Baptisms
On a monthly basis we celebrate a special baptismal service.
This service is a very exciting way to share your new birth
experience with your friends and family. We baptize
according to God's plan; by immersion in the name of the Lord
Jesus Christ. During the service, each person who has been
baptized will receive a certificate commemorating this special
event.
n Holy Spirit Baptisms
The Holy Spirit is a free gift from God to every person who
comes to him in obedience. This special gift is evidenced by
speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. We
present a certificate commemorating this special event.
n Connect Class
The purpose of this class is to lead people to Christ and
membership at Peace Tabernacle.
Membership Care
n Communion
On a quarterly basis, we remember the Lord's death, burial,
and resurrection by hosting a special communion service.
You are invited to join us in partaking of the bread and the
fruit of the vine during this intimate, moving service.
n Foot Washing
On an annual basis, we celebrate servant-hood by hosting a
foot washing service. You are invited to join us as we pray
for each other in a very humbling and moving service.
Church Social Events
Church-wide social events are always a fun way to get
acquainted with other members. In the summertime, we get
together to celebrate Independence Day, and on New Year's
Eve we host a party to celebrate what God has done in the
previous year and what He is going to do in the coming year.
Pastoral Support
Pastor offers pastoral support is available by appointment.
A marriage mentor is also available to members using the
Prepare-Enrich program. (Prepare-Enrich.com)
Friendship Groups
Small groups are an important part of our church. These
groups meet on a monthly basis, from house to house. We
share an edification, pray together, and fellowship one
another to forge strong connections within the Peace family.
Support Groups
We offer special support groups to facilitate fellowship
opportunities.
